Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Roost Ride purchase. If something does not work out, we are here to make it right.

Returns and Exchanges

You may return or exchange unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at hello@roostride.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will be applied to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
